Service and Support Continuity
Our support team has been working diligently to ensure that our services are not impacted by the pandemic. The global support team is available 24/7 through the normal channels to help customers resolve any technical issues. New service onboarding process has not been interrupted either, and our account management and solution engineer teams are available during business hours via email, phone and web conference.
Following CDC’s and State Government’s instructions, our entire workforce has been working remotely in the past few weeks. The company has also provided employees with face masks to ensure their safety in the ever-changing environment.
As the situation evolves every day, we will continue to monitor and communicate updates with our stakeholders.
